TRIONE ULTD operates globally with Asia-Pacific representation and is not incorporated as a corporation in any single jurisdiction.

TRIONE ULTD is not a bank, licensed investment firm, financial advisor, or regulated financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

By accessing or using the TRIONE ULTD platform, creating an account, or participating in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. TRIONE ULTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

TRIONE ULTD offers tiered participation levels. Participation fees are non-refundable once confirmed. Each level provides access to platform features, educational materials, and community tools. Fees do not constitute an investment and do not guarantee any financial return.

Any rewards distributed through the platform are variable and performance-based. They are not guaranteed and are subject to actual platform activity, qualifying actions, market conditions, and platform rules in effect at the time. TRIONE ULTD does not guarantee any level of income, return, or reward. Past reward distributions do not predict future distributions.

Users may not: misrepresent the platform or its rewards to third parties; guarantee income to potential members; engage in fraudulent or deceptive referral activity; use the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose; or impersonate TRIONE ULTD representatives.

All content, branding, design, and materials on this platform are the property of TRIONE ULTD. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIONE ULTD and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial loss.

These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial law and are interpreted in good faith. As a decentralized platform, disputes are first addressed through our compliance team at compliance@trioneultd.com.

TRIONE ULTD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
